IMPORTANT: While primarily intended for Olympic weightlifting, the Bells of Steel Women’s Barbell 2.0 has dual knurl marking (weightlifting and powerlifting) but does not have a center knurl. These two key features mean that it does not meet IWF specs — instead, it’s designed for those who want an affordable training bar to perform the Olympic lifts.
