Shipping policy

FEO offers a free local threshold delivery on any order over $100 before tx.  Local delivery is included within a 80km radius, based of our main warehouse location, in Gatineau.  “Threshold delivery” indicates your order will be delivered inside your front door, inside your garage, or inside the front lobby of your apartment/office building. All deliveries are subject to proper access, allowing for delivery to be made without risk of damaging your property and/or the product, or jeopardizing the safety of our delivery personnel.

FEO also offers the installation service for an additional fee.  Please contact us to get a quotation.

For all orders to be shipped to an address located over the 30km radius, fees are dependent on the total weight of the order, as well as of the shipping address. 

Please note that we only ship orders within Canada.

Shipping policy – Cost adjustments:

 Please note that shipping costs are based on the total weight of the items, and do not always consider the size of the boxes used for packaging. This may result in excessively high freight charges, that are not in line with the pre-established costs. We may therefore, contact you, to discuss the actual costs involved in such cases. You will then have the option of paying the difference or simply cancelling your order.
