VO3 CORE PLATE / LANDMINE

The VO3 Deluxe Core plate is a ground-based rotational training system, working your entire body. Perform explosive arm movements and other rotational exercises simply by inserting any Olympic-size bar into the 12″ pivoting sleeve at the units base. A 4″ sleeve holds any standard 1″ bar. (Portable for use in or out of the weight room; includes handle for easy transport. Solid steel. Nonskid rubber bottom.)

Attach the deluxe core plate handle (sold seperately) and 7ft bar (sold separately) to the core plate to target your abs and external obliques in your workout.
