RECOMMENDED USE OR PURPOSE: Workout and athletic supplement. Source of essential amino acids for the maintenance of good health and playing a role in protein synthesis. Helps develop muscle mass when used in combination with regular weight training and a balanced diet. Source of branched amino acids (BAAs) playing a role in protein synthesis. Source of amino acids that play a role in protein synthesis. Helps muscle recovery by reducing the damage to muscle tissue associated with a resistance training program. Helps support muscle tissue repair in people participating in a resistance training program. Helps energy metabolism, tissue formation and bone development.

RECOMMENDED DOSE: Adults. 1 scoop (9 g) 1 time per day. Mix the product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. Take within 90 minutes after exercise.
