RECOMMENDED DOSE: Adults: 1 capsule, 1 time per day.

Equivalent to 3750 mg of Gotu kola whole plant

3,3’-Diindolylmethane (DIM)... 80 mg

Resveratrol... 60 mg

Grape seed extract (extract 5:1)... 30 mg

Equivalent to 150 mg of Vitis vinifera seeds (proanthocyanide oligomeric 85%)

NON-MEDICINAL INGREDIENTS:
